The Lodge
High season lodge pricing:
Weekends (Friday and Saturday): $600/night
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday): $450/night
$225 cleaning fee.
Low season lodge pricing:
December through April:
Weekends (Friday and Saturday): $500/night
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday): $350/night
-Holidays during the low season will be the same as high season pricing.

Two-night minimum on all reservations.
Extra day guests beyond the 14 included in the rental price are $10/day.
Extra overnight guests beyond the 14 included in the rental price are $30/person (one-time fee). We allow up to 6 extra overnight guests–bring your own air mattresses/bedding.

To reserve a stay, we take a one-half non-refundable deposit. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Reservations canceled 7 days or less prior to check-in result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation cost. Balances not paid one month prior to check-in result in a canceled reservation and forfeiture of the deposit. A signed contract is required for all reservations.
We hold a credit card number or $250 as a security damage deposit. Cards/Cash are only charged/kept in the event of damages/theft/breaking the house rules/late checkouts/etc.
Early check-ins/Late checkouts are not allowed, and are charged at $60/hour.
The Bunkhouse
Our bunkhouse is very basic lodging that includes six bunk beds, one full bathroom and sitting area. This can be rented when additional beds are needed beyond the lodge. $115/night with a $75 cleaning fee.
Due to it’s primary use as a space for groomsmen to get ready on wedding days, it is not made available until 2 weeks prior to your reservation if there is no wedding that weekend. Please consider this a possible option, but not guaranteed.
